Very high item not received rates

  • Time automatically added to delivery estimates for listings in the shipping categories and listing sites where your rate is very high
  • Time added to delivery estimates only to items listed directly on ebay.com, ebay.com.au, ebay.ca, and cafr.ebay.ca

These consequences will apply until the rate is no longer very high. You can see if any consequences apply to your listings in your service metrics dashboard.
