• Defect rate below 2% • Cases closed without seller resolution below 0.3%

You can continue to sell on eBay for the time being, but we have put limits on your account in accordance with the terms in the user agreement:

• Search rankings for your items are lowered • Limits in how many listings you can have on eBay may apply, please refer to your seller dashboard • Funds from your sales may be pending • You may be charged a higher final value fee on items sold in this region • You may be restricted from selling with other accounts or registering a new account • You will not be able to use the partial refund tool to resolve buyer claims • You will be blocked from using the Promoted Listings tool. If you currently use the tool, you won't be able to create new or edit existing campaigns.

If we have urgent concerns about your account, such as fraud or harmful selling practices, we may take earlier action. Any action will depend on the seriousness of the issue identified, taking into account what's reasonably required to protect the interests of eBay and our customers.
