Hi Mounia,This unpaid item case will remain open until Feb-05-21. You have until then to go to the Resolution Center and close the case if your buyer hasn't paid. You would then also get your final value fees refunded. If you want, you can go to your site preferences and authorize us to automatically close unpaid item cases on your behalf and as well as refund your final value fees when your buyer doesn't pay.
