I transferred the money I talk to PayPal they said because you had me send an invoice and you set it up like I was a buyer that's why they took the four dollars and they said you could've paid me back at any time the full amount without an invoice so I'm not too happy about that I will stop the refund on eBay but I'm gonna tell him what happened
