I want to cancel all of my bids for this item, because I think the seller has been illegally bidding up the item. I have seen him do it on other items he is selling. He bids it up and at the last minute he retracts his latest bid forcing me to buy it. Take a look and see that he has hidden his identity making it hard to detect his scheme. Ebay should investigate this.

We scan messages to enforce policies. Only purchases on eBay are covered by the eBay purchase protection programs. Asking your trading partner to complete a transaction outside of eBay is not allowed.
