Action required - Your seller level is Below Standard for a third cycle

Hi Mounia,

Your seller level is still Below Standard in US for the third consecutive evaluation cycle. Be aware that you have one more cycle to show improvement before your selling account may be subject to change, which may include limits, restrictions or even a suspension of your selling account.

There's time to improve
We take seller performance very seriously, but we do recognize that some sellers need time to improve their performance once they've been made aware that they've fallen Below Standard. So, if we see that you've improved transaction defect rate and cases closed without seller resolution from March to April, we'll give you more time before limiting or restricting your account.

Keep in mind that you should have less transaction defect rate and cases closed without seller resolution in April than you had in March. You can track your progress on your Seller Dashboard.

If you use Promoted Listings, you are still ineligible
Because your seller level is Below Standard, you are still ineligible for Promoted Listings. As a result, all of your campaigns will remain temporarily paused and you can't create or edit campaigns. You can still view your campaign data and download reports from your Promoted Listings dashboard. Once your seller level is Above Standard or Top Rated your paused campaigns will automatically become active again. For more details on returning your seller level to Above Standard or Top Rated refer to your seller dashboard.

How to get back on track
- Describe your item accurately. Use pictures and include specifics in your listing so your buyers know exactly what to expect
- Provide clear return and payment policies in your listings
- Respond promptly to requests from buyers
- Resolve any requests or cases in the Resolution Center as soon as possible
