Here’s what you can expect when eBay manages payments
New ways for buyers to pay
Buyers have a larger selection of payment options such as credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.* They can also make purchases using locally supported payment methods.
One place to manage your transactions
Customized reports, refunds, simplified protections, and streamlined support.
Streamlined operations
Payouts get sent directly to your Payoneer account — you can choose to schedule these daily as funds are available, or weekly. eBay initiates the payout within 2 business days after the buyer’s payment is confirmed.
*Listings made on ebay.com.hk, ebay.com.my, ebay.com.sg, ebay.ph will not be provided with these payment options.
How it works
Fees and expenses will be deducted before you get paid and the remainder of your eBay earnings will go directly to your Payoneer account, not your PayPal account.
Your eBay selling fees will be automatically collected from your earnings at the time of sale. No more PayPal payments processing fees.

FAQ
How does the updated fee structure work?
How are my fees changing?

There are no more PayPal payments processing fees. When eBay manages your payments, you will pay an updated final value fee, consisting of a percentage of the total amount of the sale, plus the relevant local fixed fee per order. eBay fees are billed in the listing site currency but will be paid in USD. In addition to the final value fee, an international fee applies to cross border transactions. Currency conversion charges will be applied to each sale where the listing currency is different from the payout currency.
How will this change impact my listings?
When eBay manages your payments, your listings are automatically updated to reflect all the ways buyers can pay. Please refrain from specifying preferred payment methods in your listings. For more information, see the listing policies of the site(s) you list items on.
Why is eBay managing payments?
We have been updating the payments experience on eBay to enhance the buying and selling experience on the marketplace. We believe this is an opportunity to deliver a more seamless experience for both buyers and sellers, while offering a greater choice in payment and payout options.
As always, thanks for selling on eBay.
